Let That Record Play

Certain people annoy me. I don't even know what  you are anymore. We should all learn to not care and let go of these people because, why should you let them affect you right? So not worth it.

Anyhooos:):) I am happy because my urgh week, as Carmen calls it, is over. I had a really really bad week and there was so much to do and so much on my mind and so much PMS-ing going around. Now I am just so relieved I have escaped to the other side safe and sound:)

I look like I want to poo poo right?

Teehee. Anyway, that picture was taken from the Victorian College of Arts, where Flare dancers performed in conjunction with some lets-make-friends-with-MelbourneUni thing that they held. Rehearsals were crazily overloading my weeks leading up to the event, but yeah once again, I am happy I made it through without killing myself..or something.

Flare's VCA performers:)

Then the next night, Friday, was the MUOSS Night Market themed 'Le Carnivale'. :) This time for the performance, dancers had to paint their faces according to the pieces they were in.

Ta-da!

I wonder how long it took for that guy to wash off his face paint later.

Easter break starts next week. Yay! We all deserve a holiday after this stressful half a semester. I'll be going camping (yes, like, in the woods) during Easter weekend, and then my family is coming:):):):):)

Hopefully I'll have more updates during the hols. Toods!

When I Grow Up, I Want To Be Famous

My drama teacher is one of those wanna-act-posh-looking men who dresses in jumpers and dress shirts, who sits in his high and mighty chair while you perform, pursing his lips and looking snobby, like he's never impressed.

He irritated me throughout most of the year.

But that day, as we were in class preparing for our final drama performance, he gave me some sorta kinda semi-words of wisdom. He told me that whatever I do, I should never stop dancing and acting. So I like him now:)

And these days, I've been having this sudden itch.
I miss drama.
I miss dance.

Plus, I feel fat these days. Dance was the only thing that kept my (super amazing hot sexy awesome) body in shape.

Dance.

I'm the one the spotlight is shining on. Teehee. I mean literally.

Where else can you.....

Take center stage.
(Flare Dance Production)

Have fun picking out colour-coordinated outfits.
(Spring Music Concert)

Pretend like you're superstars while people snap pictures of you.
(Mixer Party)

Receive so many pretty flowers.

Help each other out with makeup backstage.

Act like the camera loves you and pose shamelessly.

Get the diva treatment.

Have people come watch you do something you love.

... and wave at your adoring fans:)

So yeah, I miss dance and drama.

Plus, not having dance means no exercise. No exercise means I feel fat.
